If you rent a unit, there are some things you need to know to abide by the condo rules and enjoy your stay. This page will provide you with the basics of things you need to know.
2013 Renters Fee: Commencing May 25, 2011, there is a charge of $25.00, for the administrative costs, at the time of check in for a renter's stay at English Towers through the month of September. As a receipt for the registration, the renter will receive their ONE parking pass denoting the length of their stay.
There may be a limited number of available parking spaces for rent (Policy established in 2008). These spaces are available for the charge of $10 per day or $40.00 per week; cash only. This charge will be adjusted to be commensurate with the charges for parking at the Ocean City municipal lot, next to the new library, across Coastal Highway.
At no time will there be any additional parking spaces available between July 3 and July 5. This policy will only be in effect during the spring/summer season (approximate times: Thursday before Memorial Day until Labor Day).
All vehicles afforded this new service must display the temporary permit and are subject to the Town of Ocean City Towing Ordinance.
Owner permits are for owner vehicles and are not transferable.

Internet Status - March 2014
The most common problem some unit owners have been
having is when either the internet or DirecTV has had stopped working,
because the owners or renters have moved cables around in an attempt to
fix it. Once the new routers are installed, these breaks in service
should be resolved. Owners and renters are asked not to unplug anything
and not to touch the router or cable modem plugins. So far, Amtech has
not charged anyone for a service call when they have come in and found
that owners or renters have unplugged the system or have plugged
something else into the system, which caused the problems. Once the
system has been fully implemented Amtech will charge $49.95 if they have
to go out and replug the units back in or fix problems caused by users.
Owners should leave the DirecTV plugged in or the unit may lose
activation, and the Cable Modem should also stay plugged in.

Checklist When You Are Leaving
When leaving the unit for more than a few days, please be sure to do the following:
Close the Hurricane Shutters
Turn off the water heater
Turn off the water to the unit
Bleed water out of the pipes by turning on fawcet.
During fall, winter and early spring leave the heat set at 50 degrees andNEVER turn it off.
During summer turn off air conditioning.
ENGLISH TOWERS POOL HOURS!
Pool Hours - Scheduled opening date for the swimming pool is March 29, 2013 and the hours of operation will be 8:00 am to 10:00 pm daily. Please make sure that anyone using the pool has a "pool tag" which can be obtained from the office. ($5 each).
